"Binulad or Driedfish"

Binulad or driedfish also known "daing" a food by salting and drying a fish..This is the invention of many filipino's.A dried fish is available in all public markets and even in supermarkets. Still, there is nothing like visiting a dried fish market where the variety of dried fish is so many that one can’t decide where to start and stop buying because the taste is so good of the filipinos even the other people can also eat this.

"Dayok or Shrimp Paste"

Some others dont like a dayok..because its smelly,but for me the taste is very unique! Its yummy food that I ever taste! I like to eat this for together with the manggo, and it also a best partner with rice.hmmm..yummy! look this picture!
